INCOME CERTIFICATION 

WHAT IS "INCOME CERTIFICATION"?

In order to qualify for certain resale-restricted affordable ownership opportunities, you must submit your income certification application and income documentation to demonstrate that your household meets the income and assets limits of the program.


INCOME AND ASSET DOCUMENTATION

  • Keep copies of the documents you provide.
  • You may be asked to update your income documentation during the process.
  • DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
  • Please provide financial documentation for ALL adult household members. 
  • ​SEND DOCUMENTS SECURELY. Your completed application and source documentation may be sent via fax, encrypted email, or in-person (by appointment only). To request encrypted email, contact us when you are ready to submit your application packet.
