INCOME CERTIFICATION APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Applicants must meet the eligibility for Development and the program affordability requirements.
2. Complete the online Eligibility Application and provide the required documentation.
3. Applicants understand that final determination forms will be updated to reflect income calculations from the documentation provided.
5. Community Wheelhouse may issue a final income eligibility determination (program approval or denial).
6. Income Certification will be valid for 120 calendar days.
7. Annual recertification is required for continued eligibility for affordable rental housing. Homebuyers must be income eligible at the time of contract and may be re-verified prior to closing.
8. Other restrictions may apply.
